About Me

I am an experienced, qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and together we will work towards your goals in a supportive, confidential and therapeutic environment.

The client / therapist relationship is key in therapy and I will create a safe, compassionate and collaborative space so that you feel heard, accepted, and empowered to create the changes you want to make.

Therapy is used in lots of different ways for lots of different reasons, and I will tailor our sessions to suit your needs, whether you want to overcome anxiety, improve your mood, increase your self esteem, or deal with a specific phobia, behavioural issue or problematic thought processes.

Our work will always be collaborative, and focussed on your goals. We will agree a plan for our sessions and regularly review this, making any changes that are needed as we progress.

I will create a judgement-free, therapeutic environment where you feel supported, empowered and truly heard.
